Charles Randolph-Wright has built a dynamic and diversified career in directing, writing, and producing for television, film and theatre.

Brooke C. Hardy is a native of Prince George County, Maryland. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Ohio State University. Harry Lennix
Harry Lennix is a distinguished film, television and stage actor. For the last seven seasons, he has starred as Harold Cooper, Assistant Director of Counterterrorism for the FBI on NBC’s The Blacklist. Moviegoers know Lennix as General Swanwick, from the Warner Brothers blockbuster Man of Steel and the hit sequel, Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice.
In 2014, Lennix created Exponent Media Group, a movie production company he founded with longtime Chicago associate Steve Harris. Projects completed include Mr. Sophistication about a brilliant but self-destructive stand-up comedian and H4, a fresh interpretation of Shakespeare’s Henry IV with an all-black cast filmed onstage and in the streets of South Central L.A. The third film, Revival!, a re-telling of the gospel according to John the Apostle, is a joyful blend of Gospel fantasia, Broadway musical, and epic historical drama starring Mali Music, Chaka Khan, and Michelle Williams, among many others.
In 2018, Lennix made his off-Broadway NY directorial debut with A Small Oak Tree Runs Red at The Billie Holliday Theatre. The original production first staged at Chicago’s Congo Square Theatre as part of their August Wilson New Play Initiative, was also directed by Lennix. The New York production was honored with the prestigious Audelco Award for Best Production in 2018.

Robi Reed

After 25 years of running her own company, Robi Reed Entertainment, Reed joined the executive ranks at Black Entertainment Television Networks (BETN). Annet McCroskey
Annet McCroskey is a talent manager and producer at Artistic Endeavors in Los Angeles. She won a Heller Award for Manager of the Year in 2013 and served as the President of the Talent Manager Association from 2013-2015. Annet co-produced the feature film Locating Silver Lake (Amazon, Hulu) starring Josh Peck, Finn Wittrock, Audrey Peebles and Zelda Williams, a micro pilot for Disney, as well as a short film for the Disability Film Challenge.

Lori McCreary is the CEO of Revelations Entertainment , a film and television production company she and actor Morgan Freeman founded in 1996 with a mission to produce entertainment that reveals truth. The duo first worked together on McCreary's critically acclaimed "Bopha!" in 1992.

Lattaker-Johnson also served as VP, Alternative Programming at SYFY, NBC Universal Comcast where she developed creative and oversaw the network’s top-rated unscripted series, including “Face Off,” “Paranormal Witness,” “Ghost Hunters,” “Wizard Wars” and “Jim Henson’s Creature Shop Challenge,” among others. Michael Siegman
Michael Siegman is the Senior Vice President of Physical Production for BET Networks, a unit of ViacomCBS Inc. Siegman is a Production executive with 20+ years of experience in overseeing/managing broadcast, OTT, and digital media content with expertise in multi/single-camera scripted, unscripted, tentpoles, special events, talk shows, game/competition shows, and development.
Currently, he oversees the production of BET Networks’ original content for scripted and unscripted series. Responsibilities including budgeting, planning, production, scheduling, locations, crewing, and staffing.
He joined BETN in 2000 as a Production Manager to work on Comic View. During his career at BETN there were a number of firsts. He worked on the first BET Awards, Celebration of Gospel, Hip Hop Awards as well as the first in-house scripted shows on the Network. Prior to joining BETN in 2000, he worked on various shows from Keenen Ivory Wayans talk show to Shop Til You Drop. Over the years, he has relocated from Los Angeles to Atlanta and NYC for work and in 2015 moved back to LA to take over his current role of SVP, Physical Production. He is most proud of being given the opportunity to help create a full-service in-house Production Studio to produce scripted and non-scripted programming for BET in Atlanta. Two decades later Gee still manages all aspects of the careers of these two artists, as well as through his Maverick venture co-manages Lil Wayne and G Eazy amongst others. Traci Blackwell
Traci Lynn Blackwell currently serves as Executive Vice President, Scripted Programming, reporting to BET Networks president Scott Mills. In this role, Blackwell leads all of BET Networks’ Original Scripted Programming functions, including Development, Casting and Current for the BET linear network and the company’s new SVOD service, BET+.
Previously, Blackwell served as Senior Vice President of Current Programs at The CW Network where she oversaw the day-to-day creative production for some of the network’s biggest brands, such as Supergirl, Jane The Virgin, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Black Lightning, Roswell: New Mexico, Legacies, and All American.
